Our inaugural year has been one heck of a wild ride. But the last two months have underlined all we have achieved with four award recognitions across the team.
It began with Rachel Baines, Head of Strategy and Campaigns winning the Digital Women, Leader of the Year followed by Best New Freelancer at the IPSE Awards this autumn.

The judges commended Rachel on the quality of work she provided her clients and her support of future Freelance talent across the country.

This win was extra sweet as Founder, Claire Hutchings won the same award in 2021. It seemed only fitting to pass the mantle on! You can read more about the IPSE awards win here.
Then in November Claire was commended as an Independent Consultant at the Global Women in Marketing Awards.
But 2022 has been topped off wonderfully with Chime Agency taking the top spot as the Women’s Business Awards Best New Business last week.

I’m so proud of Rachel and the whole team for all they’ve achieved in such a short time.
